German adaption of the Comprehensive Aphasia Test (CAT-D)

Project aim is the adaption of the Comprehensive Aphasia Test (CAT; Swinburn, Porter and Howard, 2004) to the German language, including the Aphasia Impact Questionnaire (AIQ-21). The project at RWTH Aachen University and the St Mauritius Rehabilitation Centre is funded by: Bundesverband für Klinische Linguistik (BKL, since 4/19) and Gesellschaft für Aphasieforschung und -behandlung (GAB, since 11/17). The project of the German working group is integrated into the EU-wide enterprise to adapt the CAT into as many languages as possible (https://www.aphasiatrials.org/ongoing-research-titles-cross-linguistic-adaptations-of-the-comprehensive-aphasia-test-cat/) and is supposed to integrate further centers.
